JORGE PERAZZO CPA ACCOUNTANCY CORPORATION ("JPCPAAC") Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement
In order to use our "Pay My Bill" section of jorgeperazzo.com site (other sites include Jpcpac.Com and Perazzo.Co – collectively referred to as the "Site"), and upload or download information you must agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between JPCPAAC and you.
Use of Site: The Site is for use by JPCPAAC clients to obtain information and submit payments on balances due on their accounts. Any other use of the Site is prohibited, including without limitation, taking any action to interfere with the operation of the Site or using the Site for any inappropriate or unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the information you upload to the Site and are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission for any information in which a third party has a legal interest.
Registration: You must be registered in order to upload or download information through the appropriate document portal provider. Upon becoming a registered user your registration/Internet ID will be provided to you. You must provide and maintain accurate information about yourself. You agree to maintain the security of your Internet ID and Password and further agree not to share it with anyone. You are responsible for all actions taken on the Site accomplished through log-in using your Internet ID and Password. You agree to notify JPCPAAC immediately in the event you learn of any unauthorized use of your Internet ID and/or Password.
Data Collection, Access and Sharing: In submitting or downloading data, or during remote screen sharing remote sessions, you are providing JPCPAAC with certain personally identifying information that may include your name, address, telephone numbers, employment information, credit card number, bank account, date of birth and mother's maiden name. If you believe any of the information is incorrect and you wish to correct it, please contact JPCPAAC. If JPCPAAC changes or deletes information in response to your request, JPCPAAC will not continue to use it. However, some residual information may remain in back up records or records of deletions. JPCPAAC may share your information under the following circumstances: (a) with your consent; (b) with trusted businesses or persons for the sole purpose of processing personally identifying information on JPCPAAC's behalf for the legitimate business purposes of JPCPAAC; (c) as required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Site, its users or the public.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of California without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms and/or arising out of your use of the Site or the Site content shall be brought in the United States for the Los Angeles District of California or the Los Angeles County Circuit Court.
Credit Card Dispute Resolution: JPCPAAC processes credit cards in two different ways. First when a new client signs up we take the credit card information at the time of originating the policy. The credit card information is manually entered from JPCPAAC offices through our current recurring billing system at Authorize.Net. The second way is that a client can go to our website and enter the credit card information into the site and make a payment there. The credit card information in the first scenario is stored at Authorize.Net our payment gateway. In the second scenario we do not store your credit card information when entering payments on the website. In the event of a disputed or charged back transaction we address this with the client to rectify any concerns and promptly refund credit card transaction funds if JPCPAAC is at fault. If JPCPAAC feels that they are not at fault, then we go through all the proper chargeback channels to resolve the dispute this way. JPCPAAC understands the importance of handling credit card data in the safest and most secure manner.
Entire Agreement: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and JPCPAAC with respect to the Site and it supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous communications. The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any particular term shall not constitute a waiver of the term. The invalidity or unenforceability of any term shall not effect the remaining terms of service.
Communications regarding these Terms should be directed to or by calling (661) 593-7373.
